How do I qualify for this VIP Card?
- FREE Membership for purchase above RM80.00 in a single receipt or accumulated receipts amounting to RM80.00 in 4 weeks from earliest purchase.
- VIP Card can be renewed anytime after the expiry date without losing your points.
- Subsequent yearly membership renewal fee of RM4.00 would be applicable.
- Free renewal of VIP Card on regular-priced products with minimal purchase of RM80.00 onwards in a single receipt at all PLC Pet Lovers Centre outlets in Malaysia.
Terms & Conditions of VIP Card
- VIP Card is valid for ONE calendar year from date of successful activation of card.
- 5% discount valid on regular-priced products with minimal purchase of RM20.00 onwards in a single receipt at all Pet Lovers Centre outlets.
- 10% discount valid on regular-priced products with minimal purchase of RM50.00 onwards in a single receipt everyday of your birthday month at all Pet Lovers Centre outlets.
- Discounts not valid for items already on promotion.
- VIP Card must be presented and scanned during purchase.
- VIP Card is non-transferable.
- The management reserves the right to amend or withdraw any discounts privileges as well as VIP Card's terms & conditions without prior notice.
Terms & Conditions of VIP Loyalty Points
- Simply check your point reward by typing text message BALANCE and send it to +6017 33 9090 8.
- One loyalty point will be deducted from each SMS send by VIP Card holder to Pet Lovers Centre's internal server.
- All loyalty points accumulated upon purchase will be credited into VIP Card's account within 5 working days.
- Loyalty points will last for as long as the membership remains valid. An SMS reminder will be sent at 11th month.
- Loyalty points will be automatically erased from member’s account once its crosses the expiry date.
Lost, damaged and stolen VIP Card
- Please report immediately to any of our retail or contact our customer service officer. A replacement fee of RM4.00 will be chargeable for all lost cards.
