Usage Guidelines:
First activation: press the button for 2-3 seconds and see a single red light in response.
Please make sure your pet has no ticks or fleas. Wash him/her thoroughly and check for any parasites. Charge the device for at least 2 hours before first use.
1. Take the collar off your pet.
2. Pick a silicone band from the box. Two sizes only (25 and 27mm).
3. Insert silicone band into side tab of the device. Make sure it is entirely on the channel so it is safely fixed.
4. Put the band and the device on the collar and pull the band under the collar. Insert silicone into the other side tab. Make sure it is entirely on the channel so it is safely fixed.
5. If the band is loose use the smaller one to prevent Tickless from falling off.
How to Charge?
Check charge level by pressing the button:
4 Green flashes means charged well
4 Red flashes - battery level below 30%, need to charge soon
Auto switches off - when reaches critical level
When the battery reaches the critical level the device switches off. Reactivate after charge.
Charging cable included = micro USB cable
While charging, the Red Light is on. It turns Green Light when fully charged.
Device automatically turns off while charging and activate itself after unplugging.
Hours taken to full charge: 2 hours.
A full charge means about 20-30 days of operation.

Due to its small size, keep it out of reach of small children. While not waterproof, the product is resistant to moisture. If the device gets wet, it should be dried immediately to prevent water
