How to apply or renew my VIP membership
Step 1: Apply for a VIP Card at any Pet Lovers Centre or The Pet Safari stores
Step 2: Activate your VIP card through our website
Step 3: Follow the onscreen instructions, enter Registration Code and your Mobile No.
Step 4: Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your mobile phone via SMS
Step 5: Complete the VIP Card activation by filling in your personal particulars and click “submit”.

Note: In order to submit, please tick and agree to our Privacy Policy.

*If you have changed your mobile number, please update us by calling Customer Care Hotline @ 1300-22-CARE (1300-22-2273) as the entire membership system revolves around your mobile phone number.

How to check my Loyalty Points?
You can check your Loyalty Points via

*One (1) Loyalty Point will be deducted for each SMS reply from Pet Lovers Centre’s SMS system.

What can I redeem with my Loyalty Points?
Loyalty Points can be redeemed for (1) Cash and/or (2) Brand vouchers which are valid for use at Pet Lovers Centre or The Pet Safari stores.
(Not applicable for home delivery and grooming services.)

Subscribe / unsubscribe from Pet Lovers Centre SMS broadcast
• To unsubscribe from receiving SMS from Pet Lovers Centre, press PLC*STOP
• To subscribe receiving SMS from Pet Lovers Centre again, press PLC*GO
   *ONE loyalty point will be deducted for each SMS sent to server by member.

Lost, damaged and stolen VIP Card
• Report immediately to us by calling Customer Care Hotline @ 1300-22-CARE (1300-22-2273)
• A replacement fee of RM3.72 will be chargeable for all lost cards.
• Activate the new replacement card using the same mobile phone number you have used to activate your old card.
• Redemption points will be carried forward to your new replacement card.
• The expiry date of your new replacement card will be 1 year upon the activation of your new card.

Terms & Conditions of VIP Card
• VIP membership is valid for one year from the date of successful VIP Card activation.
• VIP Card must be presented and scanned during purchase to enjoy membership privileges.
• Purchase must be made in a single receipt to enjoy membership privileges.
• VIP Card must be successfully activated in order to earn, check and redeem Loyalty Points.
• All Loyalty Points earned will automatically be credited to the valid VIP Card within five (5) working days.
• One (1) Loyalty Point will be deducted for each SMS reply from Pet Lovers Centre's SMS system.
• Payment by voucher(s) is not eligible to earn Loyalty Points.
• Members' discounts (5% or 10%) are not applicable for promotional products or services, other privileges, vouchers, offers, sale of live animals and selected items.
• VIP Card application is strictly non-refundable & non-transferable.
• VIP membership privileges will be invalid upon expiry or termination of VIP membership.
• VIP Card can be renewed 3 months before it expires.
• Renewal made within 3 months before the expiry date will have the loyalty points transferred and expiry date extended by one year upon activation.
• Accumulated Loyalty Points will be invalid if VIP Card has expired for more than 3 months.
• Any unused or balance Loyalty Points will be forfeited if the VIP membership has expired for more than three (3) months.
• For any lost, damaged or stolen VIP Card, members must report to any of our stores or contact us through our Customer Care Hotline and replacement of VIP Card will incur a fee of RM3.72.
• Upon redemption of Loyalty Points, redemption voucher cannot be withdrawn, replaced, extended or exchanged for any other vouchers.
• By submission of the VIP Card application, you agree to be bounded by our Privacy Policy which describes how we collect, use and disclose personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia. Visit our website for full details of the Privacy Policy.
