VIP Membership Terms & Conditions



1. VIP membership is valid for one year from the date of successful VIP Card activation.  

2. Membership privileges are exclusive to VIP members only and are non-transferrable.
 
3. VIP Card must be presented and scanned during purchase to enjoy membership privileges. 
 
4. VIP Card must be successfully activated in order to earn, check and redeem Loyalty Points.
 
5. VIP Card must be activated within one (1) Year from date of purchase/redemption. If VIP Card is not activated within one (1) Year, it will be deemed dormant and VIP Card will be invalidated.
 
6. All Loyalty Points earned will be automatically credited to the valid VIP Card in the next working day.

7. One (1) Loyalty Point will be deducted for each SMS reply from Pet Lovers Centre’s SMS system.

8. Members’ discounts are not applicable for promotional products or services, other privileges, vouchers, offers, sales of live animal and selected items.

9. VIP Card application is strictly non-refundable.

10. VIP membership privileges will be invalid upon expiry or termination of VIP membership.

11. Any unused or balance Loyalty Points will be forfeited if the VIP membership has expired for more than three (3) months.
 
12. A deduction of forty percent (40%) of the total Loyalty Points will incur to every request of points transfer to the renewed VIP Membership account if the membership has expired for more than three (3) months.
 
13. VIP membership will be due for renewal one year from the date of purchase at a rate of RM4.72 per year.
 
14. VIP Members have the option to have their card mailed to a physical address at a cost of RM3.40. This fee is non-refundable. Alternatively, members can pick up their cards at any of our outlets at no additional cost. Please note that if you choose the mailing option, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to postal service disruptions or incorrect delivery information provided by the member. By opting for the mailing service, you acknowledge and agree to the non-refundable nature of the mailing fee.

15. For any lost, damaged or stolen VIP Card, members must report to any of our stores or contact us through our Customer Care Hotline and replacement of VIP Card will incur a fee of RM3.72.

16. The management will not be liable to any VIP member for any loss or misuse of Loyalty Points incurred by the member or any other person. 

17. Upon redemption of Loyalty Points, redemption voucher cannot be withdrawn, replaced, extended or exchanged for any other vouchers.

18. By submission of the VIP Card application, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy which describes how we collect, use and disclose personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia. Visit our website for full details of the Privacy Policy.

22. Singaporean customers who visit Malaysia and sign up for the VIP Membership will be eligible to enjoy exclusive members' discounts.
 
23. Loyalty points redemptions are exclusive to Malaysia registered mobile users only.
