Get your pet medication and supplies effortlessly, by visiting the Pet Pharmacy or having them delivered straight to your doorstep. Check out the extensive range of products and their prices here. Animal lovers will also be able to get basic nutritional and medical advice from professionally trained veterinary pharmacists for your pet.
How to Place an Order with Pet Pharmacy?
Follow these simple steps.
Submit your order by filling in the request form, a valid prescription is also required.
Wait for our Customer Care Consultant to reach out to you via email, and send you an order confirmation.
Collect your order at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. You can also have your order to be delivered to your doorstep (a delivery service surcharge applies).

What are the methods of payment available?
We accept online payment via Visa/MasterCard or Bank Transfers. Payment must be made within 3 days or the order request will be cancelled. If you wish to pick up the products over the counter at Pet Lovers Centre' The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, payments via cash and debit or credit cards are also available. Please be informed that cash and cheque payments are not accepted for home delivery.
Do I need a valid prescription to make an order?
Yes, a valid vet prescription under the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia guidelines is required. Our Pharmacist is unable to dispense medications without a valid veterinary prescription.
What is the deadline given to self-collection of an order that was made here?
Once payment has been successfully completed and verified, you have one month to collect your order at The Mall, Mid Valley SouthKey. Pet Lovers Centre reserves the rights to dispose of any unsuccessful collection.
If I don't have time to collect or far from The Mall, is there a doorstep or home delivery available?
Good news. Home delivery service nationwide (within Malaysia) is available with applicable charges. Please refer to the table below for delivery service surcharges.
What is the expected delivery lead time nationwide?

| SPECIAL ORDER | Stocks are on Special Order. We will check our supplier's stock availability before confirming your order. |
Am I allowed to cancel my order?
Please be informed that there is strictly no cancellation allowed once payment is confirmed.
What happens if stocks are unavailable?
Not to worry, should any of our goods be unavailable, Pet Lovers Centre will wait for stock availability before delivering it to you.
Can I refund or exchange the purchased products?
All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
