- A pad is detachable and washable. It is attached to the shelf by 13 press studs so it will not slide off if the cat jumps on it.
- A shelf comes with pre-installed steel brackets and screws. It takes 10 minutes to install the bed.
- The CHILL shelf has been granted the European Community design patent No. 004408821-0001.

Fixing Instructions:
- Mark two spots on the wall where you want the shelf to be hung.
- Drill two holes in the wall.
- Screw the screws in
- Hang the shelf on the screws
- Tighten the screws
- The spacing between the two metal brackets is 16" (40.6cm) - attaching to the wall studs recommended
