Given these unprecedented circumstances, we have taken the necessary precautions for the health and safety of our customers, staff and pets.

We have stepped up the cleaning of our stores, warehouses and delivery fleet in furtherance of and adherence to the health and hygiene standards set by national and international authorities. Our employees have also been included in our on-going efforts to follow such standards when it comes to theirs and your health and safety.

Online Parcels

All our online store parcels are disinfected before they are being sent out for delivery.

Cleaning

Cleaning twice daily of areas with high human contact

 

 

Mask

To wear a face mask at all times when in store premises

Queue spot

Mark queue spots in retail stores checkout, maintaining 1m safe distance apart

Crowd Control

Crowd control by limiting the number of shoppers within each store to facilitate safe distancing

Sanitise Hands

All customers are required to sanitise their hands before entering the store premises

Declaration Form

All customers are encouraged to fill in our Declaration Form in the event that contact tracing is required.

Card Payment

Customers are encouraged to use card for payment at the stores to reduce contact

Social Distancing with contactless delivery

With the current high-risk situation, we need to reinforce the greater need for social distancing when fulfilling your deliveries. Drivers will remain at least 1 metre away from you at all times.

LANDED PROPERTY

Doorbell 1

Driver will press the doorbell & contact you via phone upon arrival at your house gate. Please ensure you are reachable during the time of delivery.

Place item 1

Driver will place your items at your house gate for collection, keeping at least 1 metre apart from you.

For your safety, kindly refrain from checking the items on the spot.*

Mask 1

Drivers will wear masks and sanitise their hands before and after every delivery.

 

HIGH-RISE PROPERTY (EG. CONDOMINIUM, ETC)

Driver will contact you via phone upon arrival at the Guard House. Please ensure you are reachable during the time of delivery.

Place item 2

Driver will place your items at the Guard House for collection, keeping at least 1 metre apart from you.

For your safety, kindly refrain from checking the items on the spot.*

Mask 2

Drivers will wear masks and sanitise their hands before and after every delivery.

 

 

Additional service such as installation, dismantling or relocation of the purchased product are not available during this period.

 

We will keep you in the loop of any changes as the situation evolves. Rest assure that your well-being is our top priority.
